Affinity-purified antibodies are isolated from antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to CNBr-Activated Sepharose 4B. Conjugated affinity-purified secondary antibodies reduce non-specific background staining. They are diluted in phosphate buffer at 1mg/mL with stabilizers but without sodium azide.
