Otherwise, customer will not pay a penny except for peptide synthesis order cost. 1.     Peptide design (Free)

        Upon customer request, our scientific will assist customers in the selection and design of the best antigenic peptides for immunization and submit them to the customer for a decision.

 2.    Peptide synthesis and conjugation

        If you don't provide your own antigen protein/peptide, you may need to order CPA005 ($299 include KLH conjugation) for less than 15 AA antigen peptide or click on Custom Peptide Synthesis to place order according to ours/yours designed sequence. 

 What we perform:

•        3 peptide design and synthesis (12-20aa,>85%)

•        3 rabbits Immunization and sera collection

•        ELISA identification

•        Western Blot assay  (customer needs to provide cell/tissue extract or protein for the test)

•        Antigen affinity purification

Deliverable:

•        2-3mg peptides

•        0.5-1ml pre-immune sera/rabbit

•        2-5mg purified antibodies/project

•        ELISA and Western Blot results

•        ELISA>1:100,000, WB>1:200
