Sunny Biotech provide ready-to-use Cell Freezing Medium recommended for the cryopreservation of cells.

Suspend cell pellet with 50% of Cell Freezing Medium and 50% of cell cultural growth medium, use 2mL frozen tube to freeze cell in liquid nitrogen.

Note: Wash cells with 10ml PBS and pellet at 1,200rpm/5min when thawing.
